Standard Delivery Charges
Multiple purchases maybe sent in separate parcels. For example a personalised gift will usually be delivered separately as they can take up to 28 days (this does not include Framed Names, Train Names and Wooden Letters which will all be despatched within approx 1 week) , whereas a stock gift will be despatched within 7 days.

Standard UK Delivery Charges are as follows:
UK order value between Up to £14.95 : £2.99
UK order value between £14.95 - £75.00 : £4.99
UK order value over £75.00 : FREE

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands & Isle of Man
order value between Up to £14.95 : £2.99
order value between £14.95 - £20.00: £4.99
order value between £20.00 and above : £11.99

Personalised items can take up to 28 days to despatch but are sometimes can be despatched within 14 days. Please email if your order is urgent and we will always try our best. During October and November please do allow 28 days for all personalised gifts, although we will always aim to be quicker than this, some items (aprons, kit bags, fabric letters, cushions and blankets) will take the full 28 days.

Items will be sent by either First Class Royal Mail or Courier, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Overseas P&P

P&P for Europe is as follows:
Order value between £0-£20 P&P - £6.99
Order value between £20.01-£80 P&P - £18.99
Order value over £80.01+ P&P - £24.99


We re-use a lot of our packaging and boxes to minimise waste. The majority of packaging that we buy is either biodegradable or re-used. For example all of our bubble wrap that we buy in is bio-degradable, we use a lot of corrugated card, which can be composted and our jiffy bags are the one made with recycled fibres.

Please reuse or recycle whatever you can or pass it on to somebody that could make use of it.


You can now recycle your old electricals with us which you haved purchased from us.

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.

A. Yes, payments via the Alpahbet Gifts website are processed by a 3rd party company called Sage Pay. Alphabet Gifts do not receive and cannot obtain your card details.


Q. How long does delivery take?

A. Standard delivery for personalised gifts is 28 days and 7 days for all non personalised items.


Q. I cannot see the larger or more images when I click on the link.

A. Our larger and more images are viewed via a pop up. You need to make sure that your browser allows pop ups and that they are not blocked. See Site Help section below for more hints.


Q. How do I make a complaint.

Q. How do I cancel or return an item I have ordered?

A. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to info@alphabetart.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
- in the event that the product has been used
- in the event that the product has been opened
- to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you (eg all personalised products)
