This beautiful set of watercolour pencils includes 12 quality pencils in a range of colours with extra pinks,  to help create the perfect girlie picture. 

The pencils are water soluable, so can be used as either ordinary pencils or you can then go over the colouring with a wet paint brush (not included) to create a painted effect.
